Backordered items are charged for & shipped post free when they come back into stock.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Special Delivery unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges include postage, packaging & handling costs. A courier service is available.
Please note that we do not use the Saturday Guaranteed Service by the Royal Mail, if you place your order on a Friday & choose Special Delivery, it will be delivered on the following Monday.
Please note that all deliveries need to be signed for & if returned to us, your order will be refunded less shipping & handling costs already incurred by us & you will need to reorder.
Delivery is available to UK mainland, Northern & Southern Ireland plus Europe (Akzentz products are limited to certain European countries please check the list online).
Free Postage & Packing is applied to all UK (only) orders over £135.00
Shipping costs for orders over 2.0kg to be sent to addresses overseas (within Europe only) will be confirmed by email. The shipping cost shown at the checkout is for orders under 2.0kg.
We will normally send your order to you the same or next working day after you place your order (unless we on holiday or out of the office) & you should receive it within 2 - 4 business days unless your order is going out by Royal Mail Special Delivery where you will receive it before 1pm the next business working day (excluding Friday & Saturday). As stated above, all orders need to be signed for.
We are closed on Friday & Saturdays, if you place your order after 1pm on Thursday, your order will go out on the following Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday.
Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis unless faulty for hygiene reasons. Goods must be inspected upon delivery & all claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours. We reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee on returns (unopened, unused items in their original packing only). Postage & packing charges will not be returned. When a return is authorised by ourselves, you will need to pay for all shipping charges back to us, please obtain a trackable receipt from the carrier as the company cannot accept any responsibility for lost returned parcels - this is for your own protection.
All use of products supplied is entirely at the purchasers own risk. We do not accept any liability whatsoevery for any loss or damage, however caused, arising from the use of any product supplied.
